Are you a new student starting at WLC for the Spring 2026 semester? Then we can't wait to meet you at the New Student Orientation Program on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. 

This abbreviated orientation program is required for all new and transfer students. All attendees who register will receive one FREE meal ticket for WLC Warrior Dining to use during the semester. Please register here for the event.

Here is the tentative schedule for Tuesday, January 13. Changes will be communicated in advance.

• 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Resident Student Move-in
• 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. - New Student Arrival
• 2:00 to 2:50 p.m. - StrengthsQuest Assessment (required for all new students) in the Greenfield Administration Building - B101 Classroom
• 3:00 to 4:15 p.m. - Warrior Orientation and Welcome Program in the Warrior Underground

Before you come to campus, please be sure that you have: 

• Uploaded your health forms to Medicat
• Reviewed and either accepted/declined your financial aid offer
• Made your first tuition payment
• Reviewed the Student Handbook and completed your Title IX Training on AccessWLC
• Applied for campus parking, if you're bringing a vehicle
