Visit campus, and see for yourself how your time at WLC will enable you to make an impact in your workplace, community, and across the world.
You won't find overflowing lecture halls staffed by teaching assistants at Wisconsin Lutheran College. When we say you'll receive individual attention, we mean it.
Our professors are known for their willingness to go that extra mile for you. At WLC, you won't be lost in the crowd.
Whether conducting field research in the Caribbean or in a local Milwaukee river system, exploration and discovery will be part of your Wisconsin Lutheran College education. Experience outside the classroom crucial, and WLC professors are always finding new opportunities for student involvement. Faculty-led trips to Europe, China, the Caribbean, and Central America allow students to connect classwork to international experiences.
There is always something happening on the Wisconsin Lutheran College
campus. Whether it's intramurals, choir, band, theatre, service projects, athletic events, or clubs, you'll have plenty of chances to find your passion and get involved. If you desire, you can step up and take a leading role - serving as a Resident Assistant, Judicial Board or Student Senate member, team captain, or club president.
More than one-third of our students compete in at least one of our
18 NCAA Division III Sports, and our
instrumental programs are well known, as are our athletic and performing arts facilities. Our fine arts programs, while competitive and highly respected, are open to all students regardless of their major.
The Milwaukee metropolitan area serves as your extended campus during your years at WLC, providing you an opportunity to
explore two of Wisconsin's most lively communities. Milwaukee is the artistic, cultural, economic, and recreational center of Wisconsin, while Wauwatosa provides charm and rich hospitality in the way of trendy restaurants, shopping destinations, and beautiful parkways.
