MEET TRACY (SCHNEIDER) TULLE '92

Retired airline industry executive; currently serving as an adjunct professor in WLC's School of Business

If you could relive one day from your college years, which would it be and why?

Any volleyball game when Caryn Stege was the setter. She and I ran the quick middle and her sets were perfect!

Who at WLC impacted you the most?

Coach JenkinsOther than my amazing Christian friends whom I am still in contact with today, it would be Professors Deb Uecker and Mary Heins, and Clarence Jenkins (pictured), who was our volleyball coach. Uecker and Heins were always approachable, and I learned a lot from them about communications and giving speeches. We laughed a lot in class! When we were incoming freshmen, Jenkins trained us to become a great volleyball team with four years of winning seasons. One night we lost a big match to a rival. After the game, he parked his car at the gas station, went into the store and walked home. He forgot his car at the gas station!

What’s your proudest accomplishment since graduation?

I had a wonderful and blessed career in the airline industry, which happened because of a contact I made through WLC. I am proud that God used me in various leadership roles and gave me those platforms to demonstrate Christian leadership.

If you could give your college-age self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Pay attention in statistics class. Many companies are data driven!

What song instantly transports you back to your WLC days?

"Immanuel" by Amy Grant. We played this song nonstop in the dorms every Christmas, and we loved singing in the hallways.

What’s one thing you hope future Warriors experience that meant a lot to you?

The love, support, and encouragement from our Christian professors.

Finish the sentence: “Being a Warrior means…”

Trusting God’s calling for us and showing his love wherever we go.
