Education
- Bachelor of Arts in Communication, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
- Doctor of Physical Therapy, Concordia University
Background
In addition to my role as a Sport and Exercise Science faculty member, I'm a practicing physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine at Aurora Sports Health in Hartford, WI. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse clinical population, ranging from athletes to the general population. This dual career allows me to bring a dynamic, real-world perspective into the classroom. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic theory and clinical practice, ensuring that the concepts we explore are directly applicable to the challenges and scenarios students will encounter as future professionals.
