Background

Before instructing, I had been on WLC's campus for my undergraduate program in Sport and Exercise Science. Now I instruct in the same program, which has experienced tremendous growth!

Choosing a career field was never much of a question for me. I worked as a certified personal trainer and health coach for several years in a variety of settings. I've coached a wide range of clientele goals such as lifestyle change, weight loss, muscle building, weightlifting, nutrition coaching, and mindfulness/mindset coaching. It has become very apparent to me that there is no one size fits all, so it’s essential to tailor programs to the individual.

I truly enjoy learning and educating others on the benefits of prioritizing their own health and wellness through fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. I have been instructing at WLC since 2022. In addition to my work at WLC, I still train some one-on-one clients in an online format. Some of my favorite activities outside of WLC include resistance training, kayaking, cooking, playing with my dogs, and camping.
