Background

My clinical expertise is in high-risk maternal and newborn nursing, where I have served in hospital settings as a registered nurse, nursing supervisor, and as lactation support. I have ten years of experience teaching maternal–newborn nursing content in both classroom and clinical settings, with a focus on preparing nursing students for safe, evidence-based practice.

I currently practice as an infusion clinic nurse, which supports my love for direct patient care and allows me to bring real-world clinical insight into the learning environment.

Professional Memberships & Organizations

I am NCC certified in Maternal Newborn Nursing (MNN) and I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). I am a member of the Wisconsin Vascular Access Network (WISVAN).
