Each year, Wisconsin Lutheran College hosts its Undergraduate Research Symposium. At the event, undergraduate students present papers, research projects, or artistic projects completed under the direction of a faculty member, professional researcher, or graduate student as an extension of their WLC academic experience.
WLC undergraduate students receive an invitation via email to apply to present at the symposium, regardless of topic or discipline. All presentation applications are reviewed by a faculty committee for content and quality. The event is coordinated by the Academic Co-Curricular Committee.
The 25th Undergraduate Research Symposium will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in the lower level of Generac Hall. The morning will be filled with student presentations, and Dr. Tova Brown, associate professor of mathematics, will give the keynote address. The event is free and open to the public; a continental breakfast will be served.
