Wisconsin Lutheran College offers a number of event spaces, from a concert hall and theatres to meeting rooms and private dining facilities. Spaces may be reserved by faculty, staff, and students; outside groups and individuals may rent college facilities as well, subject to availability.

This form is for current WLC faculty and staff only to reserve space for internal WLC activities. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

Contact the Office of Events and Conferences at 414.443.8870 or 414.443.8877 or by email and provide the following information:
Make your reservation as soon as you know a space is needed as rooms book quickly. During the academic year, Wisconsin Lutheran College student, faculty, and staff requests take precedence.
A campus events representative will respond to your request as quickly as possible. Requests made after 4 p.m. on Friday will not be reviewed until 8 a.m. on Monday.
Your reservation is tentative until we receive a signed contract.
