Undergraduate Research Symposium

Each year, Wisconsin Lutheran College hosts its Undergraduate Research Symposium. At the event, undergraduate students present papers, research projects, or artistic projects completed under the direction of a faculty member, professional researcher, or graduate student as an extension of their WLC academic experience.
All students receive an invitation via email to apply to present at the symposium, regardless of topic or discipline. All presentation applications are reviewed by a faculty committee for content and quality. The event is coordinated by the Academic Co-Curricular Committee in consultation with the Office of the Provost.
The next event will take place on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, in the lower level of Generac Hall. The keynote address, titled "Sabbatical Surprise: How My Research Made Me Change Direction in Midstream," will be given by Rev. Dr. Paul Lehninger, professor of theology.
