Facility Reservation Form - Faculty and Staff

This form is for current Wisconsin Lutheran College faculty and staff only. Please keep in mind that this is only a REQUEST for a facility reservation and not an ACTUAL reservation. Submitting this form does not guarantee a facility reservation. If you need additional information or assistance, please email us or call 414.443.8870 during regular business hours.

Due to current social distancing guidelines, please be as accurate as possible with the number of attendees when requesting a space. We will suggest an alternate location if your requested location does not adhere with current social distancing guidelines.
