The Lowe Family takes center stage at Wisconsin Lutheran College

MILWAUKEE - Direct from the Welk Theatre in Branson, Missouri, the Lowe Family takes the stage at Wisconsin Lutheran College to perform two power-packed hours of fast-paced entertainment Friday and Saturday, February 2-3, at 8 p.m. The family offers music and dance from a variety of traditions including classical, Broadway, '20s, '40s, '60s, Irish, jazz, swing, clog, tap, patriotic, bluegrass and Gospel.
From a very young age, the Lowe Family siblings began studying and performing the music of the masters. Soon additional instruments, dance classes, and vocal lessons were added. Veterans of concert tours and symphony soloists, the Lowe Family has distinguished themselves from Russia to the Kennedy Center. In addition, they have appeared on ABC, CBS, Time-Warner, and other television stations world-wide. They have given select concerts in Europe, Canada, Latin America, and China in addition to playing all across America for a variety of events.
The Lowe Family is sponsored in part by the Wisconsin Arts Board. The performance will be held in the Schwan Concert Hall located in the college's Center for Arts and Performance at 8815 W. Since 1996, the Wisconsin Lutheran College Center for Arts and Performance has been providing a comprehensive program of performing and visual arts and educational and community events for students and the people of southeastern Wisconsin.
