Spring commencement to be held May 19

MILWAUKEE – On Saturday, May 19, Wisconsin Lutheran College will hold spring commencement exercises at 1 p.m. in the Recreation Complex. WLC will award diplomas to 150 undergraduates, including the college's first Bachelor of Science in Nursing recipients.

Mr. Gary Stimac, a former Compaq executive and current WLC Board of Regents member, will give the ceremony's keynote address. He also will receive the college's Pro Gloria Dei award, which recognizes an individual for his life of distinguished service to God and his people.

To honor Gary Stimac and his wife, Susan, for their ongoing support of WLC, the college's East Residence Hall will be renamed Stimac Hall at a ceremony on May 19 at 11 a.m.
