Background

Throughout my nursing career, I have had a strong focus and passion for Women’s Health, Neonatal Health, Community-Based Healthcare, and Information Technology.

I began my nursing career working in obstetrics at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee in 2005. I continued my career there after graduating with my BSN in 2007.

In the spring of 2011, I began my teaching career as an adjunct clinical instructor for WLC and accepted my full-time call to serve WLC in 2012. Since then I have taught a wide variety of both lecture courses and clinical rotations in the school of nursing. I also serve as the clinical coordinator for the WLC nursing program assisting in and overseeing clinical placements for students.

My husband, John, and I live in Fond du Lac and have four children: Benjamin, Sara Ann, Abigail, and Marah. We enjoy watching and/or coaching our children’s activities including soccer, basketball, swimming, volleyball, and gymnastics.  We are members of Faith Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac.
