Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Education
Post baccalaureate certification is intended to meet the licensing needs for individuals in the following circumstances:
- Already degreed from an accredited institution but with no teacher education preparation.
- Already degreed with teacher education from an accredited institution with no state approved certification program.
- Already licensed, but seeking additional licensure areas.
- Provisionally licensed, but seeking avenues to address deficiencies for a regular license.
We welcome your interest in pursuing post-baccalaureate WI state certification through our institution.
It is important to note that we treat each applicant as an individual which means we do not have just one set of requirements in a "one-size-fits-all" program. Even though similar course requirements may be in common, specific requirements within the professional development and portfolio experience should reflect the unique deficiencies that must be met.
