2021 Fall HEERF III Funds

The federal government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic related to funding for colleges and college students is called the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, and within it is the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). 

Wisconsin Lutheran College is now making funds available to current students based on the Total Family Contribution (TFC) calculated by the filing of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  

  • Wisconsin Lutheran College students: Please complete the form below by October 29, 2021, to receive or reallocate your funds.

    Step 2: Type in your WLC email address

    Step 3: Type in your Warrior OneCard ID number

    Step 5: Check the box below.

     By checking this box, I certify that (if I am requesting funds), I have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and am requesting these College-determined funds from Wisconsin Lutheran College’s allocation of the American Rescue Plan, HEERF III. I understand that these funds are to cover expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus (including eligible expenses under my cost of attendance, such as food, housing, course materials, technology, transportation, health care, and child care), or to provide relief due to lost income. I will contact the Business Office (414.443.8855 or if I have questions.

    NOTE: It may take up to two weeks to process your request for funds. If you plan to pick up your check at the Business Office, you will receive an email when it is ready.

    Step 6: Click the “SUBMIT APPLICATION” button once and wait. It may take up to 20 seconds to process the form.
