Ring Round the Moon
By Jean Anouilh
Adapted by Christopher Fry
Directed by Jay Sierszyn
Called a “delicate, poetic mixture of farce, romance, and comedy of manners,” Ring Round the Moon is filled with characters who are in love, trying to get out of love, manipulating the love of others, and/or offering their observations on the subject. The occasion of gathering is a high-society ball hosted in a grand chateau - think Downton Abbey - and while Fry referred to his version as a “charade,” there are perhaps only winners at the end of this game.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students.
