MILWAUKEE - For 2019, U.S. News & World Report rates Wisconsin Lutheran College as one of the top 20 Regional Colleges in the Midwest. Schools in the Best Regional Colleges category focus almost entirely on the undergraduate experience and offer a broad range of programs in the liberal arts and in fields such as business, nursing, and education.

“We are proud to be consistently ranked as a top college by U.S. News & World Report and many other organizations,” said  Dr. Daniel W. Johnson, President of Wisconsin Lutheran College. “For 45 years, Wisconsin Lutheran College has been committed to academic excellence and a superior student experience, all while helping to develop young men and women into Christian servant leaders.”

WLC is ranked 13th among Regional Colleges in the Midwest on the U.S. News Best Value Schools list for 2019. According to U.S. News: "The higher the quality of the program and the lower the cost, the better the deal. Only schools ranked in or near the top half of their categories are included, because U.S. News considers the most significant values to be among colleges that are above average academically."

“What attracts students to WLC is also what sets us apart,” said Dr. John D. Kolander, Provost. “Our students excel through rigorous academics rooted in the liberal arts, opportunities for research and practical application at home and abroad, unparalleled faculty engagement with students, and an intimate campus environment in the heart of a prospering metro-Milwaukee area.”
