We are blessed to have you join the WLC family and have planned a Warrior Welcome Weekend (W3) orientation session designed to introduce you to your new college life.
The 2009 summer reading program book selection is:
A Skeleton In God's Closet by Paul Maier.
The goals of W3 are to:
- Provide a Christian welcoming of students and parents to the WLC family
- Acclimate new students to the WLC campus, facilities and local area
- Empower parents to release and support their children
- Link to key individuals to partner with for success
- Encourage campus employment to support financial and work experience needs
- Facilitate introduction to individuals in clubs and organizations that suit individual interests
- Connect to returning students for a source of additional support.
- Begin the new students' adult life of Christian success & leadership.
