Office of Events & Conferences Policies and Guidelines

  • To insure reservation of any space on the Wisconsin Lutheran College campus, a legally binding contract must be signed and returned.

  • Cancellations made seven business days to 14 business days prior to your event result in a $100.00 fee. Full facility and food costs will be charged for cancellations made seven business days or less prior to the event.

  • Wisconsin Lutheran College has an exclusive catering contract with Sodexo Campus Services. No other caterer may be used for events on campus, except under special circumstances. You may not supply your own food or beverage for the event without prior permission. Please see the Catering page for more details.

  • Wisconsin Lutheran College is a dry campus. No alcohol or illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premises

  • Wisconsin Lutheran College is a smoke free campus. Smoking is permitted outside. Please refrain from smoking near doorways or open windows.

  • Weddings may only be booked when classes are not in session. Only students, alumni, faculty, staff and members of the Board of Regents are allowed to use the campus for weddings.

  • The event must not be advertised to be or in any way implied to be a function of Wisconsin Lutheran College. This includes but is not limited to all newspaper and magazine ads, radio announcements, new releases and promotional materials publicizing the event.
