Damaged Cards from Normal use

If your OneCard's mag stripe has stopped functioning, or your library barcode is unreadable, you can get a replacement card free providing that you bring in your current OneCard

Damaged Cards from Abusive use

If you have abused your OneCard (i.e. punching a hole in the card or breaking it in half), a replacement card will cost $5.00 even if the mag stripe appears to not function or the barcode is unreadable. You must bring in the damaged card and pay the $5.00 replacement cost fee in order to receive a new card.
