Suzanne Grzanna jazzes up the free Summer Arts in the Park concert series

MILWAUKEE – Suzanne Grzanna will perform a concert on Thursday, June 18 at 6:30 p.m. as the first entertainer in the 2009 Summer Arts in the Park free concert series at Wisconsin Lutheran College. 

Composer, saxophonist and vocalist, Suzanne Grzanna presents clever lyrics and sax solos that showcase her soulful sound and strong tone. Her unique sound is a combination of classic jazz, pop standards, original compositions and funky tunes influenced by Grzanna's unique and contemporary style. She has released numerous albums and videos, her latest CD, "Christmas Night," was released in 2008. 

Summer Arts in the Park takes place at 8800 West Bluemound Road on the campus courtyard located between Bluemound Road and Wisconsin Avenue at 89th Street. The performance will be held indoors if raining. Food and beverages will be available for purchase starting at 5 p.m. Wisconsin Lutheran College is an alcohol-free campus.
