Jeffrey Siegel Presents The Longevity of the Short Piece

MILWAUKEE – American pianist Jeffrey Siegel continues the Keyboard Conversations Series Wednesday, March 18 at Wisconsin Lutheran College. His "Longevity of the Short Piece" performance begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Schwan Concert Hall.

Siegel's enthusiasm is contagious, his credentials are world-class and his virtuosity is astounding. His performances begin with an insightful and entertaining prologue on the music and its composer, are followed by a full performance of the works and end with a lively question and answer session.

This performance highlights byte-size musical jewels and gems including Songs without Word, by Mendelssohn, Lyric Pieces by Grieg, Impromptus by Shubert and Rhapsodies by Brahms.
