1950s style Christmas music comes to Wisconsin Lutheran College

MILWAUKEE – Silver Bells and Diamonds will perform at Wisconsin Lutheran College on Friday and Saturday, December 12 and 13, 2008, at 6 p.m. in the Schwan Concert Hall.
More than 50 years ago, The Diamonds released an instant million selling hit, Little Darlin. The Diamonds continue to expand their sounds of 1950s music and their audience by performing in a myriad of surroundings including symphony orchestras, in major concert halls, and through the most recent addition of the Christmas show "Silver Bells and Diamonds."
The Schwan Concert Hall is located in the college’s Center for Arts and Performance at 8815 W. Wisconsin Ave. Tickets are $31 general, $28 seniors and $10 students. To purchase tickets, call the WLC box office at (414) 443-8802 or visit wlc.edu/arts.
Since 1996, the Wisconsin Lutheran College Center for Arts and Performance has been providing a comprehensive program of performing and visual arts and educational and community events for students and the people of southeastern Wisconsin.
