Grascals to Perform at Wisconsin Lutheran College

Grascals Photo 2007MILWAUKEE – The Grammy® nominated Bluegrass group Grascals will perform at Wisconsin Lutheran College on Friday and Saturday, March 7 and 8, 2008. The performances begin at 8 p.m. in the Schwan Concert Hall.

Chosen as the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Top Entertainer of the Year in 2006, the group has appeared several times at the Grand Ole’ Opry Live in Nashville. From appearances on an ABC television special to the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., the Grascals have been recognized as artists at the top of their game. The Grascals rare musical empathy gives them an unerring ear for just the right touch to illuminate each offering’s deepest gift.

The Grascals are sponsored in part by the Wisconsin Arts Board and Wauwatosa Savings Bank. The Schwan Concert Hall is located in the college’s Center for Arts and Performance at 8815 W.
