Wisconsin Lutheran College Welcomes Illustrator C.B. Mordan in Art Exhibition

Milwaukee – Finely detailed ink and clayboard works by illustrator C.B. Mordan will be on display October 23 – November 21 in the Schlueter Art Gallery at Wisconsin Lutheran College.

Mordan, children’s literature illustrator, will be displaying original clayboard illustrations from several of his award-winning books including Silent Movie (2003), Guinea Pig Scientists (2003) and Oh, Rats! (2006).

An artist lecture will be given on Tuesday, October 23 starting at 4 p.m. in the Reichel Lecture Hall followed by an opening reception from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. in the Schlueter Art Gallery. A book signing is also scheduled during the reception, in partnership with Harry W. Schwartz book store. Both events are free and open to the public. The Reichel Lecture Hall and Schlueter Art Gallery are located at 8815 West Wisconsin Avenue in the Center for Arts and Performance.
