Trinity II brings the groundbreaking artistry of Irish step-dancing to Wisconsin Lutheran College

MILWAUKEE - Trinity II brings the groundbreaking artistry of the Trinity Academy of Irish Dance to Wisconsin Lutheran College's Schwan Concert Hall January 31 at 7:30 p.m. as part of the Horizons Series. Since becoming the first American team to win the title World Champions of Irish Dance, Trinity has performed around the world and continues to redefine the art of step-dancing.

Trinity's quality performances have become the industry standard for excellence, opening up the artistic pathways that led to commercial productions such as "Riverdance." Trinity has appeared in feature films by Disney, DreamWorks, Touchstone and Universal, including Backdraft and The Road to Perdition. It has also performed on countless national television programs including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, CBS This Morning, Live with Regis and Kelly and Good Morning America. Trinity has won two Emmy Awards for its appearance on the PBS specials One Step Beyond and World Stage.

The Trinity II performance is sponsored in part by the Wisconsin Arts Board. The Schwan Concert Hall is located in the college's Center for Arts and Performance at 8815 W.
