Tour WLC during Private College Week
Date Posted: May 31, 2011
MILWAUKEE – High school students and their parents have an opportunity to visit the Wisconsin Lutheran College campus July 11-16 as part of Wisconsin Private College Week.
Prospective students may have questions about attending a small, private college in Wisconsin, such as: Can I compete in athletics? Do graduates of liberal arts colleges go to medical school? Will I meet people from other parts of the country? Can I afford to choose a private college? The answer to all of the above is "Yes!" To learn more, make plans to visit Wisconsin Lutheran College.
On Tuesday, July 12, the admissions staff will host a special Summer Information Day, giving prospective students the opportunity to learn more about WLC and private college educations. Students can tour the campus, speak with faculty members and athletics coaches, and get information about the admissions process and financial aid. Registration begins at 9:45 a.m., and the event will conclude by noon.
If you tour WLC during Private College Week, the college will waive your application fee. You also can enter online to win a $1,000 "Go Grant" to put toward your Wisconsin private college education.
RSVP online for the July 12 event, or call the Admissions Office at 414.443.8811. To schedule a campus tour on a different date, fill out the online form or call the Admissions Office.
