MILWAUKEE – On Tuesday, April 13, Wisconsin Lutheran College will kick off the public phase of its largest comprehensive capital campaign in its 37-year history.
The Vision to Lead, the campaign for Wisconsin Lutheran College, has a goal of $46 million to reach by June 2012. As of today, $38 million has been received; gifts and/or pledges from foundations, corporations, and individuals committed to the mission and future of the Christian institution.

The Vision to Lead campaign will focus on four main areas of need: student scholarship assistance, academic enhancements, endowment fund growth, and the annual fund. All dollars raised will benefit the college's growing student body. Enrollment is at 785 today; projections for fall enrollment are indicating strong growth in both incoming freshmen, transfer students, and for the LEAD program, an adult accelerated degree completion program.

Wisconsin Lutheran College is known for its academic excellence, its strong programming in urban teacher education, fine arts, athletics, and more, and its friendly and caring campus environment, and its commitment to Christian leadership tenets.
