MILWAUKEE – TheatreworksUSA will bring the children's classic "Seussical" to Wisconsin Lutheran College's Schwan Concert Hall stage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2010.

"Oh, the thinks you can think" when Dr. Seuss's best-loved stories collide and cavort in an unforgettable musical caper! Adapted from the Broadway version of Seussical, this romp through the Seuss classics features the Cat in the Hat as the host and emcee (and all-around mischief-maker). The noble Horton the Elephant, the one-feathered bird Gertrude McFuzz and the antics of the Cat in the Hat steal the spotlight in one of Theatreworks' largest-scale productions to date!

Seussical is sponsored in part by the Wisconsin Arts Board and Waterstone Bank. The Schwan Concert Hall is located in the college's Center for Arts and Performance at 8815 W. Wisconsin Ave. Tickets are $12 general, $10 seniors and $7 students. To purchase tickets, call the WLC box office at (414) 443-8802 or visit wlc.edu/arts.

Since 1996, the Wisconsin Lutheran College Center for Arts and Performance has been providing a comprehensive program of performing and visual arts and educational and community events for students and the people of southeastern Wisconsin.
