Accessing WLC's Voicemail
Getting Messages On Campus:
Dial '8888' from your phone.
Enter your passcode when prompted.
A message will play telling you what un-played or played messages you have.
When you are done, press '9' to exit.
Hang up.
Getting Messages Off Campus:
Dial your phone number.
When your voicemail picks up, PRESS * and your passcode.
A message will play telling you what unplayed or played messages you have.
When you are done, press '9' to exit.
Hang up.
Activating Your Voicemail Mailbox For the First Time:
From you own phone, dial 8888
Enter the temporary passcode that has been given to you
Follow the tutorial
Remember: you MUST set up 1) your name, 2) a greeting, and 3) a passcode to be able to access your messages
Options:

2=A=Answer message
3=D=Discard message
4=G=Give message to another user
5=K=Keep message
6=M=Make a new message
7=P=Play message again
9=X=Exit |

Make a New Message--the "6" Key = M

2=A=Append to message
3=D=Discard message
6=M=Messaging Addressing Options
2=C=Confidential
3=F=Future Delivery
7=R=Receipt
8=U=Urgent
9=X=Exit (to exit the messaging options, and "9" to send)
7=R=Review messages
