Overview
For more than 10 years, a partnership has existed between Wisconsin Lutheran College and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Physicians provide routine medical care for you and your classmates in the Health Services Office on the ground level of the administration building during scheduled hours.
Health Service Hours
Nurse:
- Mondays: 8 am - 3 pm
- Wednesdays: 8 am - 1:30 pm
- Fridays: 8 am - 1:30 pm
Doctor:
- Mondays: 1 pm - 3 pm
- Tuesdays: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
- Thursdays: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Services Offered -- What can we do for you at the WLC Clinic?
Physician and nurse services are available during scheduled hours. This includes an exam and prescription needs.
Please contact health services ahead of time if you plan on traveling abroad.

Order for Seeking Care
Health Service Office - This should be your first priority for seeking care. If Health Services Office is not open, then call MyNurseLine or contact an RA
Call MyNurseLine.
Go to the After Hours Clinic and tell them you are a WLC student. Be Prepared: for off-campus visits, have your insurance information readily available.
Go to any emergency room. Note: Dental emergency only covered by insurance if it is an Emergency.

Pharmacies -- How to Get Reimbursed for Medications
In order for you to be reimbursed for medications you must bring along your student health insurance card and prescription discount card to the selected pharmacy. You will not be reimbursed for these prescriptions immediately, but must send in a copy of your receipt to Student Insurance. Your receipt must include: the name of the medication, physicians name, and the cost. Please remember there is a $10 co-pay fee with each reimbursement. Reimbursements are covered for up to $250 a year.
