Academics

ESL Institute at Wisconsin Lutheran College

The ESL Institute (ESL-I) is open to all who wish to improve English communication skills in preparation for further academic and career goals. Our purpose is to help students reach these goals by providing a solid foundation in the use of the English language.

Our program develops each language skill in progression—listening, reading, writing and advanced practice, which is a combination of skills needed to prepare the student to enter an academic classroom.
