International Student Housing Policy

The goal of WLC's housing is to create a living and learning environment that supports the academic learning experience by providing safe and comfortable surroundings. We encourage individual growth through personal responsibility, campus involvement and openness to new experiences and individual differences.
All international and ESL Institute students who apply to live in WLC housing will be:
- Assigned a roommate from the U.S. or from a different foreign country
- Assigned a roommate from the same foreign country by request ONLY after completion of the ESL program
- Expected to stay in college housing until leaving the ESL program or until the end of the academic year in May
- Expected to follow all residence hall rules while living in a WLC residence facility
