Daniel Noonan explores the field of mathematics

Before his college experience began, senior Daniel Noonan, '07, knew mathematics was going to be his major. He attended a summer visitation where he met with Dr. Mel Friske, professor of mathematics. This meeting reaffirmed his interest in the field of math, especially algebra.

“It’s fun manipulating expressions. Math is fun,” says Noonan.

Beyond his love for math, Noonan has had the opportunity to pick up a minor in theology as well. Studying aside, he takes advantage of the outdoor basketball court and enjoys spending time with friends.

“I am sad to go because of the friendships I have gained. WLC is like my second home!”
