2018 Jazz Festival - Doug Beach

On Saturday, January 20, 2018, six high school jazz ensembles will present a free concert at 7:00 p.m. The concert will feature the artistry of Doug Beach, an award-winning jazz composer and educator who serves as the Director of Jazz Studies at Elmhurst College.

High schools participating in the 2018 Jazz Festival are Fox Valley Lutheran, Kettle Moraine Lutheran, Lakeside Lutheran, St. Croix (Minnesota) Lutheran, Waukesha South, and Wisconsin Lutheran. The high school ensembles will participate in performance clinics and master classes, with professional musicians serving as clinicians.

The concert will take place in Wisconsin Lutheran College's Center for Arts and Performance - Schwan Concert Hall, 8815 W. Wisconsin Avenue. Call the Box Office at 414.443.8802 to reserve free general admission tickets.
